I am a PhD student in Mathematics at the Karlsruhe Institute of Technology, supervised by Alexander Lytchak.
My research interests lie broadly in geometry, including:
Metric and differential Geometry, particularly in the presence of non-positive curvature,
Infinite-dimensional geometries,
Optimal transport and Wasserstein geometry.
For a list of publications, preprints, and talks, see the Research section of this website.
Jointly with João Lobo Fernandes, I founded the Junior Geometry Colloquium Karlsruhe. Furthermore, I would like to advertise the Geometry Research Seminar of my group.
I hold a Master of Science in Mathematics from ETH Zurich, where my Master's thesis focused on the L2-completion of the space of Riemannian metrics under the supervision of Urs Lang. Prior to ETH, I completed my undergraduate studies at Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel, culminating in a Bachelor's thesis under the supervision of Jens Heber, and spent a year abroad at Girton College, University of Cambridge.
